The MNG Web Portal was upgraded for the new NACHA Web Debit rule. The rule focuses on first-time consumer web transactions via ACH. The rule requires the Web Portal to use a “commercially reasonable fraudulent transaction detection system” to screen the first use of an account number or changes to the account number.
“Plaid” was the selected vendor for validating all echeck transactions.
If your bank is listed, a real time verification will occur and you can proceed with payment. If your bank is not in Plaid's network two unique micro deposits must be verified by customer and this could take 1-2 business days.
The Quick Pay feature is no longer available. To make a payment accept the "cookies" and create a User Id and Password if you do not already have one.
